As Interim FP&A; Manager, you will directly report to the Director of FP&A; and manage a team of three. Your key contributions will involve comprehensive monthly analytics, variance analysis, and the preparation of crucial board reporting. You will also spearhead the budget-building process, helping department heads navigate their allocations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and mentor a team of FP&A; analysts
• Develop and present analytics and budgeting reports
• Deliver quarterly board presentations
• Establish a new budget template from the ground up
• Oversee Vena system implementation with existing processes
Requirements:
• Proven FP&A; experience in grant-funded environments
• In-depth knowledge of funding regulations
• Demonstrated ability to create budgets in unstructured settings
• Excellent skills in Excel, Power Query, and Power BI
• Prior experience mentoring junior team members
