In this influential role, you will collaborate with leadership to shape people strategies and enhance employee relations. You'll be responsible for driving workforce planning, supporting compliance with employment laws, and promoting a health & safety culture while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a trusted advisor to site management on HR matters
• Lead employee relations and grievance resolution efforts
• Contribute to talent management and succession planning




• Manage health & safety culture and return-to-work processes
• Engage in leadership committees and continuous improvement

Requirements:
• Bachelor's in HR Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years as a Business Partner in a unionized context
• 5+ years in employee relations management
• Familiarity with HR policies and regulations
• Bilingual skills in French and English are a plus
