Keilhauer is an award-winning furniture manufacturer, searching for a dedicated Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations in its showroom. You'll be responsible for maintaining standards of cleanliness and presentation while engaging with clients. Your strong problem-solving and communication skills will be essential in managing visitor interactions and supporting the Sales team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute daily showroom opening and cleaning routines
• Greet and assist showroom visitors and clients
• Prepare for events and presentations thoroughly
• Maintain and reorder memo and finish sample inventory
• Organize logistics for the loaner chair program
Requirements:
• Enrollment in or completion of a design-related program
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities
• Robust interpersonal skills for client interactions
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
