As the Prevention Operations and Maintenance Coordinator, you will ensure that all Hope Mission prevention facilities are well-maintained. This involves managing supplies, executing repairs, and actively participating in various facility projects. Your collaboration with different program teams, especially at the Teglar Youth Center and Next Step Thrift Shop, will be essential for ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct scheduled repairs across prevention facilities
• Maintain an accurate inventory of maintenance supplies and tools




• Implement preventative maintenance programs for facility safety
• Address maintenance requests promptly and efficiently
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of storage and workspaces

Requirements:
• Experience in Building Maintenance or Facilities Management
• Basic understanding of general repairs and maintenance tasks
• Strong English communication skills
• Capacity for lifting and standing for extended periods
• Class 5 Driver’s License and readiness to learn to operate a cube truck
