Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee business valuation and financial reporting engagements
• Conduct financial analysis and prepare valuation assessments
• Mentor CBV students and high-performing team members




• Manage engagement processes ensuring compliance and quality
• Support proposals and RFP responses for practice development

Requirements:
• 5-8 years of practical experience in valuation or finance
• Bachelor's in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Active pursuit of CBV designation; CPA/CFA advantageous
• Experience with large enterprise clients or institutional organizations
• Demonstrated strong communication and analytical abilities
