This role in the Nursing and Personal Care Services at the Seniors’ Health Centre involves direct support for our community's elderly population. You will work under the supervision of Registered Nurses to provide essential personal care and assist residents with daily living activities. Your engagement in this role also promotes the academic mission of North York General through teaching and research.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care under the supervision of nursing staff
• Assist with daily living activities for residents




• Communicate effectively with residents and colleagues
• Collaborate as part of a healthcare team
• Follow health and safety policies diligently

Requirements:
• Personal Support Worker (PSW) certificate required
• Registered with the HSCPOA in positive standing
• Prior long-term care experience preferred
• Skills in Point of Care (POC) preferred
• Bilingualism in French/English is an asset
