In this position, you will manage the onboarding journey for employees, advisors, and contractors, thriving in a rapid-paced environment. You will utilize your organization skills to track onboarding requests and collaborate seamlessly with business leaders, HR, and IT teams to ensure a smooth Day 1 experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for all new hires
• Manage onboarding intake and track requests effectively
• Submit and oversee technology provisioning through ServiceNow
• Collaborate with various departments for onboarding readiness
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on onboarding progress
Requirements:
• 3+ years in onboarding or operations coordination
• Experience in enterprise settings preferred
• Proficient with ServiceNow or similar platforms
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented with proven organization abilities
Excel in onboarding coordination and contribute to seamless recent hire experiences in a supportive role.
