You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and ensure thorough candidate screening, contributing to the successful execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers for recruitment needs
• Post job requisitions and source candidates effectively
• Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews




• Assist in creating onboarding documentation
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends

Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in full cycle recruitment
• Understanding of construction industry and trade unions
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Strategic thinker with excellent organization
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
