You will report directly to the Director of Ecology and EIA, facilitating integrated solutions for client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a dedicated team of wildlife specialists
• Ensure project delivery and client satisfaction
• Promote mentorship and career development practices
• Collaborate with Directors and Group Managers for optimal resource use
• Uphold safety, health, and environmental commitments
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Biology, Ecology, or related field
• Minimum 8 years in environmental consulting
• Leadership experience in multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of Western Canada's environmental regulations
• Valid driver’s license and travel willingness
