With a minimum of two years in law, you will focus on corporate governance, commercial agreements, and risk management, contributing to the firm's legal landscape across US and Canadian operations.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage legal issues for US and Canadian operations - Advise on commercial arrangements for North America - Identify and escalate legal concerns proactively - Support various legal matters including compliance and intellectual property - Assist in strategic projects for the Legal Department
Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of legal experience, in-house or law firm - Solid corporate governance foundation - Bar membership or progress toward it - Effective organization and task prioritization skills - Experience in FinTech or financial services is a plus
