Key Responsibilities:
• Perform initial consultations to assess debtor situations
• Assist debtors and creditors by phone or in person
• Review forms and prepare documents for signing




• Participate in community outreach and presentations
• Utilize social media to promote personal debt solutions

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in customer service or financial services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Availability for one evening shift weekly
