Key Responsibilities:
• Review contractor progress reports and payment applications
• Maintain a comprehensive invoice tracker for accuracy
• Submit invoice approval workflows in Oracle Aconex




• Track invoices and Purchase Requisitions in SAP S/4HANA
• Prepare regular performance and cost reports for stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in construction or contract administration
• Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA and Oracle Aconex
• Solid Excel skills for data tracking and reporting
• Familiarity with Ontario’s Construction Act and costing principles
