Nearwater Capital seeks a Trade Reporting Associate to own regulatory trade reporting across SEC SBSR, EMIR, SFTR and MiFID II RTS 22. This role is a reporting specialist, serving as the in-house SME for U.S.
and European regimes and supporting the Capital Markets Operations team. You will review configurations, manage vendor relationships, and implement controls end-to-end to ensure accurate daily reporting, break resolution, and timely regulatory filings.
