This role involves defining project scope, estimating resources, and managing dependencies. Your expertise will guide commercial and institutional construction projects, emphasizing quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define project scope and deliverables with senior management
• Develop project plans and communication documents
• Estimate required resources and personnel for projects




• Draft budget proposals and recommend changes
• Manage project dependencies and schedule critical path

Requirements:
• 10+ years in construction project management
• Degree in engineering or construction management
• Experience with commercial and institutional projects
• Solid communication skills with team collaboration
