In this senior role, you will guide the People & Culture department by collaborating with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with business priorities. Managing complex employee relations matters and leading a skilled team, you will ensure alignment with organizational objectives while supporting a high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Align people strategies with organizational priorities
• Manage complex employee relations and investigations
• Lead workforce planning and transformation initiatives
• Drive effective leadership programs and employee engagement
• Collaborate with legal for compliance and risk strategies

Requirements:
• 15+ years of HR experience with substantial employee relations
• Experience in managing large HR teams
• Deep understanding of employment legislation
• Background in a high-growth tech environment
• Qualified HR certification preferred
