Your two years of experience in pre-construction sales will be valuable as you assist clients and manage daily operations at our sales office. This role requires a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual who can handle multiple priorities and foster positive relationships with clients and Realtors alike.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert support in daily sales operations at the office
• Foster and maintain solid Realtor connections




• Qualify and assist sales centre visitors effectively
• Oversee and review Agreements of Purchase and Sale documents
• Collaborate with marketing for effective strategies

Requirements:
• At least 2 years in pre-construction or real estate sales
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient in DocuSign and Microsoft tools
• Valid Driving Licence required
