AtkinsRéalis is hiring a Program Scheduler to facilitate schedule management in a transformative airport project based in Toronto. This key role ensures project timelines are accurate and realistic.

Reporting to the Planning and Scheduling Manager, you will leverage 10+ years of scheduling expertise, particularly in large-scale projects. Assess schedule impacts from proposed changes, identify and mitigate conflicts, and align schedules to integrate seamlessly into the master program.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review project schedules from contractors for viability
• Analyze the impact of contract changes on timelines
• Resolve actual and potential schedule conflicts
• Collaborate with teams to maintain client-level schedules
• Conduct schedule reporting and critical path assessments

Requirements:
• Recognized engineering degree or similar discipline
• Minimum of 10 years in senior scheduling roles
• Skilled in Primavera P6 and quality assurance tools
• Familiarity with QSRA and contracting processes
• Excellent communication skills for leading workshops
