Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver support to individuals within the BSO framework
• Collaborate with the BSO RPN on care plan implementation
• Mentor frontline staff on care interventions and strategies
• Record and analyze behavioral responses and patterns




• Engage in evaluation meetings and resident reviews as needed

Requirements:
• Valid Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate required
• Preferred experience in long-term care or dementia support
• Familiarity with behavior support approaches preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
• Willingness to accommodate wide-ranging shift requirements
