Join School District No. 43 (Coquitlam) as a full-time Mechanical Technologist. This role is essential for the installation and maintenance of Digital Direct Control Systems while collaborating with HVAC Mechanics.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Operations, you will leverage your technical skills to install, troubleshoot, and train staff on D.D.C. systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair D.D.C. systems at district locations
• Provide estimates for new installations and repairs
• Maintain compliance with technical codes and standards




• Keep detailed records for the computerized costing system
• Operate necessary tools and systems for efficient work

Requirements:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology with D.D.C. focus
• Five years’ experience in HVAC controls and D.D.C. systems
• Valid Class 5 BC Drivers' License
• Ability to understand and modify technical drawings
• Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
