Join Niagara College as a Recruitment Associate focused on Access & Inclusion. You'll play a key role in guiding prospective students through the recruitment process, assisting with their education goals.

This part-time, temporary role requires a talented individual to provide comprehensive recruitment services in a supportive environment at Niagara College’s Welland campus. The Recruitment Associate will engage with students, parents, and partners to deliver accurate information and valuable resources, helping create pathways for aspiring college students. You will facilitate communications and ensure active collaboration within teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute various recruitment activities aligned with timelines
• Document interactions in the CRM system for effective follow-up




• Meet prospective students to guide them in post-secondary planning
• Collaborate on outreach campaigns targeting potential applicants
• Support logistical operations for recruitment events

Requirements:
• Completion of a 2-year diploma
• 2 years of experience in student advising or customer service
• Familiarity with educational environments is advantageous
• Experience with CRM tools is helpful
• Strong relationship-building skills with diverse populations
