In this role, you will lead GFT’s efforts in sustainable water infrastructure, driving technical and project leadership as part of a skilled Water team. You will manage the entire lifecycle of water and wastewater projects, ensuring they meet the needs of clients and communities alike. This position emphasizes mentoring junior staff while enhancing project capabilities and fostering valuable client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct condition assessments and system evaluations
• Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines
• Create comprehensive construction documents and specifications
• Foster collaboration with clients and internal teams
• Guide junior engineers and design staff in their development
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant Engineering field
• P.Eng. designation with 10 years of experience
• Solid communication and technical writing abilities
• Proficient in project management and design software
• Engagement with professional organizations preferred
