Elevate the AgeTech sector as the Associate Director of AgeTech LaunchPad at the University of Toronto Scarborough. You’ll lead strategic initiatives while fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders in a hybrid work setting.

As a key leadership figure, you will work under the Academic Co-Directors to drive the AgeTech LaunchPad's strategic development. Overseeing interdisciplinary research and innovation, you will connect researchers, caregivers, and community organizations to enhance technologies improving the lives of older adults. Your efforts will create impactful outcomes through partnerships, operational oversight, and funding opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop project schedules with key milestones and deliverables
• Research and recommend new external partnerships




• Promote research capabilities to enhance funding opportunities
• Provide information on funding programs to stakeholders
• Maintain networks to foster collaboration and capacity

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 6-7 years in a research environment
• Knowledge of aging population ecosystems
• Experience with older adults and caregivers
• Strong project management and communication skills
