Become an AWS Connect Engineer in Toronto, driving our cloud contact center initiatives. Utilize your skills to implement Amazon Connect solutions that enhance customer interactions and support AI functionalities.
In this full time role, you will play a key role in designing integrations between Amazon Connect and various enterprise applications. Collaborating with architects and delivery teams, you'll troubleshoot, configure contact flows, and mentor others in Amazon Connect best practices. Onsite presence in Toronto is required 2-3 days per week for optimal engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design Amazon Connect solutions tailored for business needs
• Create integrations with enterprise APIs
• Configure routing logic and customer journeys
• Collaborate closely with architects on implementation
• Resolve production issues and maintain systems
Requirements:
• Proficient in Amazon Connect with hands-on experience
• Knowledge of integrating with enterprise applications
• Familiarity with AWS services: API Gateway, CloudWatch
• Experience in significant transformation projects
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
