Reporting to the Senior Principal, you will guide business development, ensure project quality, and cultivate client relationships. This role emphasizes collaboration and strategic growth initiatives to maintain Stantec's position in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead business development and drive project success
• Oversee revenue targets and operational strategies
• Inspire teams through technical coaching




• Develop training programs for recent service lines
• Engage in client relationship management

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Expertise in Environmental Services, particularly assessment and permitting
• Proven leadership in managing teams
• Financial management capabilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
