In this role, you will collaborate with the Director to produce critical performance reports and financial analyses for Personal Insurance. Your deep understanding of P&L; metrics will support decision-making by offering insights into business performance and emerging risks. Working closely with diverse teams, you’ll lead efforts in data analysis, enhancing operational reporting, and governance practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver timely reporting and insights for executive leadership
• Analyze operational performance and financial trends




• Support business decision-making with data-driven recommendations
• Oversee quarterly investor reporting and communications
• Lead enhancements in reporting tools and processes

Requirements:
• Degree in Business or Finance
• Minimum 8 years relevant industry experience
• Solid skills in financial analysis and reporting
• Proven leadership and team development experience
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
