In this senior role, you will work with the Managing Director to enhance member representation and labor services. As the Senior Director, you will spearhead negotiations, oversee grievances, and improve team dynamics while advocating for fair treatment and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the collective bargaining process and interventions
• Oversee grievance procedures and workplace investigations
• Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Provide strategic leadership to a team of Union Representatives
• Engage with stakeholders to enhance service delivery
Requirements:
• 5-7+ years in labor relations, including negotiations
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields
• Solid negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Experience supervising and mentoring employees
• Familiarity with BC labor laws and regulations
