In this crucial role, you'll lead efforts to develop and sustain reliability programs for medium- and low-voltage equipment that support continuous acetyls production. Collaborating closely with Maintenance, Operations, and Capital Engineering, you'll address electrical issues and work to improve the asset lifecycle performance across the facility. Your ability to apply structured problem-solving tools will be key in overcoming reliability challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead reliability strategy for electrical systems ranging 4 kV–15 kV
• Conduct criticality reviews and lifecycle planning




• Investigate and resolve electrical reliability issues
• Strengthen predictive and preventive maintenance strategies
• Ensure compliance with safety and standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Registered P.Eng. in Alberta
• 5–10 years of experience in electrical reliability
• Background in continuous manufacturing
• Proficient in root cause analysis
