Key Responsibilities:
• Manage securities compliance and corporate disclosures
• Conduct due diligence and manage acquisition negotiations
• Draft commercial agreements across diverse divisions




• Provide insights on labor and employment legal matters
• Develop policies to streamline legal processes

Requirements:
• 3 to 7 years of in-house legal experience preferred
• Solid analytical, drafting, and communication skills required
• Juris Doctor or equivalent degree essential
• Active membership with a provincial law society needed
• Understanding of corporate commercial law is beneficial
