Join Tricon as Vice President, Corporate Controller, with a blend of in-office and work from home. Lead the accounting team and ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS.

As a senior leader at Tricon, you will oversee all accounting operations and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Your strategic partnership with the CAO and finance team will drive operational excellence and scalable growth for our single-family rental homes and multi-family apartments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage general ledger, accounts payable, and month-end close
• Lead and mentor an effective accounting team
• Develop internal controls and financial reporting systems




• Oversee investor reporting and stakeholder communications
• Guide the annual budget process and audits

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related discipline
• 12-15+ years of progressive finance experience
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership in multi-entity organizations
• Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and IFRS standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related tools
