Your hands-on approach will ensure immediate operational enhancements while fostering long-term organizational capability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and optimize procurement controls and governance
• Implement compliance standards, policies, and procedures
• Lead negotiations with strategic suppliers and partners
• Collaborate with multiple teams to meet business needs
• Identify cost optimization and efficiency opportunities
Requirements:
• 15+ years of procurement leadership experience
• Previous roles as CPO or Procurement Director
• Experience in complex, remote environments
• Strong skills in strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations
• Bilingual in French and English
