Key Responsibilities:
Determine root causes of component failures through analysis
Prepare detailed technical reports on findings
Observe and document conditions at disassembly
Analyze component history and piece parts

Requirements:
Engineering degree or significant experience preferred
Knowledge of Caterpillar engines and diesel systems
Solid root cause analysis skills
Effective communication of technical findings
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
