Responsibilities
Lead safe, effective, and cost-effective mining parts and warehouse operations.
Manage inventory levels and stocking strategies to ensure optimal parts availability.
Oversee procurement, receiving, storage, shipping, and distribution of parts and supplies.
Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of parts and warehouse specialists.
Monitor KPIs related to safety, inventory accuracy, fill rates, customer service, and operational efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
Requirements
Proven leadership experience in parts, warehousing, supply chain, logistics, or inventory management.
Experience in mining, heavy equipment, industrial, or manufacturing environments preferred.
Strong understanding of inventory control, procurement, warehouse management, and distribution processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems.
Ability to work directly with large Mining Customer.
