Key Responsibilities:
• Lead enhancements and ensure platform stability
• Design and support custom solutions in Certinia
• Manage PSA modules including Project Management and Billing
• Oversee integrations with enterprise systems like SAP
• Collaborate on technical documentation and testing
Requirements:
• 5+ years Salesforce development experience
• 3+ years Certinia (FinancialForce) experience
• Strong knowledge of PSA modules
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience with SAP and MuleSoft integrations
