The Henry N.R. Jackman Faculty of Law is seeking individuals prepared to embark on this opportunity starting July 1, 2027. Candidates must hold a JD or equivalent and show a high level of research and teaching excellence within the field of Public Law. Noteworthy scholarly achievements, as well as strong teaching endorsements, are essential elements of a competitive application.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish an independent research program in Public Law
• Attract funding for cutting-edge legal research
• Create dynamic and interactive learning environments




• Engage in departmental service and community outreach initiatives
• Mentor both students and faculty members in legal scholarship

Requirements:
• Juris Doctor or equivalent is mandatory
• Doctoral degree preferred at the time of appointment
• Documented track record of impactful research in law
• Strong teaching credentials with supporting materials
• A well-established reputation internationally in scholarship
