As the Shelter Overnight Team Lead, you guide shelter workers through various challenges while ensuring a secure and productive space for individuals experiencing homelessness. Your role includes conflict resolution, performance monitoring, and crisis intervention during shifts from 23:30 to 08:00, making a significant impact on our community's well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate the shelter team for optimal performance
• Facilitate conflict resolution and communication among team members
• Review and update relevant documentation for accuracy
• Manage support services for community members effectively
• Coordinate with external agencies and ensure safety protocols
Requirements:
• Experience in human services or social work
• Proven leadership or team-management capabilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector checks required
