Peter Lucas Project Management is seeking a Senior Mine Engineer / Planner committed to driving excellence in mining operations with a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off schedule. Focus on mentoring and improving system efficiency through expertise.

This position requires an experienced mining engineer to develop and maintain strategic mine plans, optimize production activities, and address technical challenges in an active site workplace. You will play a key role in mentoring junior engineers and fostering collaborative efforts between multiple disciplines. Join us to utilize your skills in a supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop short- and long-term mine operation plans
• Support mine planning activities and stope designs




• Execute ventilation engineering and air supply improvements
• Prepare reports, studies, and engineering designs
• Conduct operational reviews and site inspections

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Mining Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant engineering experience
• Strong background in underground mining and planning
• Experience with mining software tools
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
