You will report directly to the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, engaging in compliance oversight, policy documentation, and executing compliance audits across various regions. This position promises direct exposure to leadership and the chance to work on critical compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate and draft commercial and compliance-related agreements
• Support the development of compliance policies and training
• Manage audit processes and compliance reporting
• Engage in privacy and technology governance initiatives
• Maintain effective compliance tracking and governance documentation
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of relevant legal or compliance experience
• Juris Doctor or compliance certification is an asset
• Proficient in drafting agreements and risk assessment
• Capability to deal with regulatory challenges
• Robust analytical and communication skills
