In this pivotal role, you will take accountability for overall manufacturing processes within a 24/7 facility. Your expertise in Continuous Improvement and management will be essential in achieving quality KPIs and driving employee engagement. Collaborate with R&D; and logistics teams to maintain solid operational flow.

Key Responsibilities:
• Foster a safe and productive workplace for all
• Meet cost and productivity targets consistently
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on quality
• Support employee engagement and development initiatives




• Interface with various internal departments for operational efficiency

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• Over 10 years in a leadership role in manufacturing
• Proficient in financial management and cost control
• Knowledge of government regulations relevant to operations
• Effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills
