Reporting to the Director of Distribution Engineering & Asset Management, this role is essential in defining engineering standards and aligning them with long-term asset performance goals. A minimum of five years in a leadership capacity is required, with emphasis on electric utility engineering. You will facilitate a culture focused on safety, reliability, and proactive asset management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and guide engineers towards high performance
• Align standards with proactive asset renewal approaches
• Lead the optimization of Asset Management methodologies




• Oversee engineering compliance and standards enforcement
• Manage departmental operational budgets effectively

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Qualified Engineer license
• Five years of experience in a leadership role
• Familiarity with ISO 55000 Asset Management principles
• Proficient in Google Workspace and office tools
• English proficiency required; French is an advantage
