In this role, you will guide project managers while actively supporting high-impact projects, applying your leadership, operational oversight, and problem-solving skills. You'll ensure clarity and accountability while fostering stronger project management practices within your team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor Project Managers across various projects
• Set standards for planning, documentation, and communication
• Manage multiple timelines and resourcing effectively
• Guide PMs through risk management and delivery challenges
• Oversee project budgets, estimates, and post-project reviews
Requirements:
• 7+ years in project management within creative production
• Experience mentoring and leading project teams
• Strong grasp of creative production workflows
• Proficient in Monday.com and Google Workspace
• Ability to interpret technical drawings
