As a key driver at Cespira, you will coordinate activities across diverse teams to ensure the successful delivery of technically complex projects. Your responsibilities will include executing the Product Development Process and overseeing critical product change requests. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-functional product execution schedules
• Ensure team communication aligns with objectives




• Manage the execution of the Product Development Process
• Track prototype orders for ongoing projects
• Collaborate on product roadmap and business case assessments

Requirements:
• 10+ years in project/program management, PMP/PgMP preferred
• 15+ years in an engineering field, ideally automotive
• Robust project completion background under complexity
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, with travel flexibility
