This role directly reports to the Director of Finance and encompasses the full accounting cycle. You will manage financial statement preparation, tax compliance, and internal controls while engaging with the accounting team in a collaborative setting. Your insight will also play a key part in shaping budgets that align with our manufacturing goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage general ledger, accounts payable, and receivable
• Prepare timely financial statements per ASPE standards
• Oversee tax compliance and manage audits
• Design and monitor financial internal controls
• Lead annual budgeting and analyze cost variances

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years relevant accounting experience
• At least 3 years in a leadership position
• Strong ERP and Excel proficiency
• French language skills are a plus
