Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze proposal specifications and drawings
• Incorporate historical purchase order data into estimates




• Calculate and prepare complete takeoffs for disciplines
• Monitor changes from clients during estimating
• Facilitate project hand-off meetings with management

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• 5+ years estimating experience preferred
• Specialized knowledge in alternative construction methods
• Proficiency in HCSS Heavy Bid Estimating Software
• Strong technical writing and leadership skills
