Key Responsibilities:
• Lead safe, high-quality care in a 24/7 setting
• Develop collaborative relationships with staff and community leaders

• Manage operational budgets and resource allocations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or similar field
• Master’s degree preferred
• Registered Nurse in valuable standing
• 5+ years of progressive clinical experience preferred
• Leadership experience in a unionized healthcare environment for 5+ years
