As a senior executive, you will lead a dedicated team, ensuring the quality and integrity of services aimed at fostering healthier communities. You'll report to the Board of Directors and develop operational policies while enhancing service models in line with community needs. Your focus on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual counseling is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and enhance service quality across programs
• Manage day-to-day operations and supervision of staff
• Oversee comprehensive addiction management reporting




• Develop annual reports for the Board of Directors
• Collaborate with agencies to deliver effective programs

Requirements:
• Degree in Addictions or Health field
• At least five years of senior leadership experience
• Familiarity with First Nations health issues
• Strong public speaking and report writing skills
• Ability to understand and speak Cree language
