Become the Senior Manager for Parts at Pulse Vehicles, focusing on customer care and driving operational growth. Oversee a vital North American business unit dedicated to service excellence.

This full-time role offers the chance to lead the North American parts business across our family of brands, including Crestline and Medix. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement inventory strategies that ensure our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your leadership will be pivotal in achieving our business objectives in aftermarket operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the North American Parts Business Unit strategically
• Execute actionable growth strategies for parts sales
• Build relationships with fleet customers and distributors




• Streamline inventory and replenish planning processes
• Drive operational standards for superior service performance

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related area
• Over 7 years experience in parts management
• Leadership experience in multi-site operations for 5+ years
• Understanding of aftermarket and commercial vehicle sectors
• Ability and desire to travel within Canada and the U.S.
