In this strategic role, you'll oversee the client engagement roadmap, ensuring alignment between Zafin teams and client priorities. This position requires expertise in consulting and AI delivery, with a focus on embedding governance and performance metrics within client organizations. You'll initiate and manage engagements that prioritize sustainable value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage engagement priorities with business stakeholders.
• Serve as the main accountability point for business value.
• Coordinate the Discover phase for project definitions.
• Create actionable roadmaps based on client requirements.
• Facilitate weekly reviews to maintain project alignment.
Requirements:
• 8-10+ years in consulting or client-focused roles.
• Bachelor’s in business, technology, or related fields.
• Strong grasp of banking and transformation concepts.
• Ability to navigate AI performance metrics.
• Experience managing change and training initiatives.
