Shape the future of Right To Play in Canada as its National Director. Lead strategies for revenue generation from major donors, corporate partners, and foundations.
This key role involves managing the Canadian office of Right To Play, with responsibilities spanning across institutional and mass-market fundraising. As the primary staff partner to the Canadian Advisory Board, you will ensure effective leadership and stewardship while enhancing relationships with donors and partners. Reporting directly to the Chief Development Officer, your work will be crucial in supporting impactful programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead revenue generation initiatives across all channels
• Develop and maintain robust donor relationships
• Facilitate effective teamwork and leadership within the organization
• Partner with the Canadian Advisory Board for strategic insights
• Ensure comprehensive stewardship practices across all donor levels
Requirements:
• Expertise in fundraising and team leadership
• Proven track record with major donors and partnerships
• Strong strategic planning abilities
• Experience in organizational and programmatic funding
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
