Become a key player at the West Central Events Centre as a Recreation Labourer. Maintain ice facilities and ensure a safe setting, working shifts including evenings and weekends.

This role is dedicated to the operation and upkeep of ice facilities at WCEC. You will operate ice equipment like the Zamboni, maintain cleanliness in all areas, and assist during events. Following safety standards and procedures is crucial to provide a welcoming atmosphere for users and patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate Zamboni and floor scrubbers effectively
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in dressing rooms
• Support event preparation and execution at WCEC
• Follow all departmental procedures accurately
• Undertake additional duties as required

Requirements:
• Arena Operator 1 & 2 certificates are advantageous
• Building Maintenance 1 & 2 certificates preferred
• Knowledge of Refrigeration Plant is a plus
• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Drivers License
• WHMIS training provided after hiring
