We are looking for a Water Filtration Plant Supervisor to manage various projects within our team. This individual must exhibit solid leadership and communication skills, ensuring that client commitments are met on time and within budget. A proactive approach to problem-solving is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Document and resolve potential environmental safety concerns
• Recommend improvements for productivity and quality
• Schedule and oversee team activities regularly
• Train workers in job duties and safety measures
• Ensure operational safety across the plant

Requirements:
• Level 3 certification in Water & Wastewater disciplines
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Experience with maintenance of treatment plants
• Flexibility to perform on-call services as needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
